By catching small issues before they become bigger problems, regular maintenance can also prevent costly repairs down the line. And as a bonus, it can extend the life of your equipment.
Some of the most common causes for emergency service calls such as failing capacitors, clogged drain lines, and low refrigerant can be caught by routine maintenance. However, if you do experience any emergencies that leave you without heat or air, we’ve got you covered. Members of the Premier Maintenance Plan receive discounts on service call fees and repairs.

*This is not an exhaustive list of everything performed on heating or cooling maintenance. We recommend two maintenance services per year to ensure proper operation of all the heating and cooling components of your system. The cost for a yearly plan is $222 and includes the final three benefits listed above. The contract is non-refundable. Monthly payment plans are also available. By signing the paid invoice, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions applicable to the selected plan. The contract is transferable to 1) another location with the same homeowner if the location is within the service area of Precision Air & Heat, or 2) the new homeowner at the same location. *The discounted repair prices, 50% off one diagnostic per year, and accrual replacement fund only apply to yearly or monthly plans. Customers paying for a one-time service only will not receive these additional benefits. These benefits begin the date of the first service and are effective one year from the first service under the plan. If a customer has multiple systems, the accrual replacement funds remain separate. Replacement funds for multiple systems cannot be combined and redeemed towards replacing a single system. Each system carries its own separate credit of $50/year for replacement. If a customer chooses to terminate their monthly payments, payment will be due immediately for the difference in the amount paid in the current service period and the cost for services already performed in the current service period.
