  • When we arrive at your home, we will be as quiet as possible, so as not to disturb your neighbors or anyone in your home who might be noise sensitive.
  • We will not use foul language in or around your home. We make it our policy to treat your family members with the same respect we would expect others to show toward our family members.
  • If you have a pet, we will be very careful when we go back and forth to our van. Many of our technicians are pet owners, and we know how quickly they can get out.
  • When we are finished working, we will clean up thoroughly and make sure you are satisfied with the result. We will take all of our trash and dispose of it elsewhere.
  • If there are any operating or maintenance instructions that stem from the work we perform in your home, we will explain each one in plain English and answer all your questions.
  • We will explain all relevant warranty and related information and give you an opportunity to provide feedback about your experience.

From starting Costner Brothers Cooling and Heating Specialists in 1985 to co-founding Brothers Heating Cooling and Plumbing in 2002, Roger has consistently demonstrated a passion for delivering exceptional service, fair pricing, and fostering employee loyalty.

Brothers Heating Cooling and Plumbing quickly became a household name, dominating the local HVAC industry with unmatched customer care and a commitment to excellence. By 2017, after years of success, Roger decided to take early retirement to enjoy the fruits of his hard work and dedication.

But retirement didn’t last long. Roger’s entrepreneurial spirit was reignited when he came across a small local HVAC company for sale—Precision Air & Heat. What caught Roger’s attention wasn’t just the business itself but the changing landscape of the industry. By then, many once-local companies, such as Brothers, Morris Jenkins, Service Experts, Horizon, and others, had been absorbed by national corporations or franchises like One Hour and Air Serve. Roger realized that these large companies had shifted their focus from serving customers and valuing employees to prioritizing profits.

Roger saw an opportunity to bring back what the industry was missing: a truly local company that puts people first—customers and employees alike. In acquiring Precision Air & Heat, Roger set out to create a company that reflects his core values:
